Refund policy

Return Policy: Customer is responsible to determine whether merchandise will fit through door at home, building or apt, and into rooms of same. Customer is solely responsible for any and all rigging expenses. There will be a 25% service charge for handling, cancellation, and liquidation charges less delivery charges. Buyer must select smaller pieces that can be delivered plus delivery and re-delivery. An additional delivery charge will be added if buyer doesn't accept original order or if no one is home to accept the delivery.  All claims must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of merchandise. No returns on mattresses. No responsibility can be assumed for delay in delivery due to strike, accidents or delay beyond our control. Floor samples are sold "AS IS" and are non-cancelable. If buyer defaults on this contract, seller will be entitled to 50% of the purchase price for liquidation damages.

Fabrics are not guaranteed against wearing, fading and shrinking. Sales on custom special orders are non-cancelable. All sales are subject to management approval. All merchandise received in our warehouse by available delivery date must be paid in full.
